Heidelberg – Austria’s hockey men are in the final of the European Indoor Championships in Heidelberg and will meet Poland there. The red-white-red team beat Spain 4-3 after a penalty shootout in a semi-final thriller on Saturday evening. After regular time it was 3:3, with coach Robin Rösch’s ÖHV team trailing behind by 1:2 and 2:3. Not a single Spaniard scored in the shootout, while Fülöp Losonci held his nerve and secured a medal for Austria.
