Higher humidity is associated with the risk of mold and fungi. Infections, headaches, fatigue, skin and sleep problems – all these may be the effects of high humidity on the body.

Higher humidity in your home does not have to be a problem. We can use professional air dehumidifiers or use home methods to reduce its level. They will work great natural air dehumidifiersthat we can make ourselves.

It is best to place them next to the window, placing them on the windowsill or hanging them on a curtain rod. Just prepare a few linen or cotton bags, fill them with raw rice (we can add 4 handfuls each) and add about 10 drops of lavender oil. Its scent will spread throughout the room, having a soothing and calming effect. Raw rice, on the other hand, will absorb moisture.
