Everyone knows the classic breading: flour, egg and breadcrumbs. However, more and more people are reaching for lighter and more modern solutions that give surprisingly better results. One of them is a real sensation in home kitchens.
The secret of good pork chop is not only in the breading. It is crucial meat preparation. The pork loin slices should be of equal thickness and gently broken up, without exaggerating, so as not to damage the structure of the meat. This is a very important step pickling. The simplest and most effective option is milk, which makes the meat remain soft and juicy after frying. It is worth adding salt, pepper or a bit of granulated onion to the marinade. It is best if the pork loin stays in the fridge overnight.
