Rome – It originally comes from Turin and has also found its way onto Austrian store shelves in recent years: the Tramezzino. It is particularly popular in the warm season. The little Italian sandwich is celebrating its 100th “birthday” this January. It was invented in 1926 in Turin, in the Caffè Mulassano on Castello Square.
