Imprisoned since November, the former president () is serving a sentence at the Superintendence of , in Brasília, for an attempted coup d’état. He was sentenced by the (Federal Supreme Court) in September to the sentence of.
The minister, rapporteur of the case at the court, ordered that the former president be held in custody. The room has white walls, window, table, cupboards, minibar, television and private bathroom.

Meals
On November 25, three days after Bolsonaro’s preventive arrest, his lawyers requested that the former president receive . Moraes complied and determined that food delivery would be made by a registered person and at a previously determined time.
Unlimited visits

Books
On Thursday (8), Bolsonaro asked to join the . Provided for in article 126 of the Criminal Executions Law, remission through study can be obtained, in the case of the former president, by reading books on a list from the DF Education Department.
