Wellington César Lima e Silva is a lawyer with a career in public service and considered a trusted name by President Lula. He has already held strategic positions in the current term, such as heading the Special Secretariat for Legal Affairs of the Civil House, where he provided direct legal advice to the Palácio do Planalto and participated in the analysis of Executive measures. He was also appointed as an articulator with experience in technical and political areas of the government.
