Manchester City faces Newcastle this Tuesday (13th), at 5pm (Brasília time), in a first game valid for the semi-finals of the English League Cup. The match will be held at St. James’ Park, in Newcastle, and will be broadcast on ESPN and Disney+ Premium.

City arrive for the match after beating Exeter 10-1 in the third round of the FA Cup. In the previous round of the English League Cup, they beat Brentford 2-0.

The return match is scheduled for February 4th, at the Etihad Stadium, in Manchester. The other semi-final will be decided between Chelsea and Arsenal.

Therefore, it is likely that Guardiola will take to the field again with a mixed team, just as happened against Exeter in the FA Cup.
