The case of approving Russian aggression: Štefan Harabin heard the verdict of the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic!

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court (NS) of the Slovak Republic confirmed the acquittal of the Specialized Criminal Court in the case of the former chairman of the National Council of the Slovak Republic and ex-Minister of Justice Štefan Harabin, who faced indictment in the case of approving Russian aggression in Ukraine. The appeal of the prosecutor, who proposed to return the matter to the first-instance court for reconsideration and decision, was rejected by the NS. The decision is final.
