If you love Italian cuisine, you will definitely be interested in this recipe. Lasagna rolls they are easy to prepare, perfect for a family dinner or party. After baking, the dish delights with its aroma, chewy cheese and delicious meat stuffing. Fingers lickin’ good.

  • 12 sheets of lasagne pasta,
  • 450 g of minced beef,
  • 700 ml tomato passata,
  • 400 g sera ricotta,
  • 250 g sera mozzarella,
  • 1 small onion,
  • 1 egg,
  • 50 g of grated parmesan,
  • 3 cloves of garlic,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper,
  • ½ teaspoon of oregano.

Additionally:

Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water according to the instructions on the package. Drain and rinse the sheets with cold water to prevent the pasta from sticking together. Set aside.

Heat the oil in a large pan and add the ground beef. Fry until they lose their raw color, breaking them up with a spatula, for about 2 minutes. Add finely chopped onion and fry for another 3 minutes.

Add garlic, salt, pepper and oregano to the meat. Fry for another minute.

Pour in the tomato passata, bring everything to a boil and fry for another minute. Remove from heat.

Spread a spoonful of sauce on the bottom of an ovenproof dish.

In a large bowl, combine ricotta, egg, Parmesan and shredded mozzarella.

Place the pasta on the work surface. Spread a teaspoon of cheese mixture on top, and then place 2-3 tablespoons of meat mixture in the form of a strip in the middle. Roll the pasta into a roll and place it in an ovenproof dish. Repeat for the remaining pasta sheets.

Spread the meat sauce remaining in the pan on top of the rolls and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Cover the dish with aluminum foil so that it does not touch the cheese. Put the lasagna in the oven preheated to 190 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake the lasagna rolls uncovered for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is nicely browned. Serve the dish warm, 5 minutes after removing it from the oven.
