Commitment and prison sentences for defendants in abuse trial in Wels

Wels – Two repeatedly convicted sex offenders were again convicted of acts of abuse in the Wels regional court on Wednesday. A 79-year-old received seven years, his 53-year-old accomplice received the maximum sentence of 15 years. Both were also admitted to a forensic therapeutic center. The judgments are not legally binding. “They work together symbiotically to make young boys compliant,” said the judge in the reasons for the verdict.
