US President Donald Trump
The US president has given the clearest signal yet that he may take military action against Tehran due to the deaths of demonstrators in protests against the regime.
At a time when protests on the streets of Tehran have already left thousands of people dead, the US president, Donald Trump, told the Iranians to continue to protestand stated that help was on the way.
This is the clearest sign to date that the US president may be prepare for military action against the Tehran regime, says British newspaper.

On Monday, White House spokeswoman Caroline Leavittstated that air strikes were among the “many, many options” that the US president was considering.
Trump added that he had canceled all meetings with Iranian officials until “senseless killing” he had stopped protesting.
The statements suggest that the Iran’s offer to reopen talks about its nuclear program was rejected by Trump in the face of increasingly credible reports that around 2000 Iranians will have been killed in the protests. Iranian officials had previously admitted 600 deaths.
Trump’s appeal comes a day after the demonstrations apparently diminished due to the severity of repression. Trump continues to meet with officials about measures you can take. But his words suggest he will not settle for more economic pressure.
According to current assessments by European diplomats cited by The Guardian, the regime is very determined to remain in powerhas the internal unity and determination to do so, and it would be necessary for the United States to launch a very prolonged bombing campaign for this alignment of forces to change.
Trump’s new statement of support could reinforce demonstrationsbut it remains unclear whether a show of force by the US can force the Iranian regime to back down.
The death toll from the repression of protests rose to the thousandsas images of Iranian morgues full of bodies of protesters were published on the internet.
In his online posts, Trump also called on Iranian protesters to “keep the names of murderers and attackers“, suggesting that the US could hold them accountable and that “will pay a high price“.
Trump also promised from the Iranian government and announced a new 25% tariff on any country that still trades with Iran, a measure that led to China, the largest export partner of Iran, the threaten to retaliate.
“With immediate effect, any country that does business with the Islamic Republic of Iran will pay a 25% fee about any and all business done with the United States of America,” Trump said in a post on Truth Social on Monday.
A spokesman for the Russian Foreign Ministry characterized the American pressure on Iran by saying that “hostile external forces to Iran are trying use the growing public tension to destabilize and destroy the Iranian state.”
O United Kingdom and other European countriesincluding France, Germany and Italy, summoned their Iranian ambassadors to condemn the crackdown, but appeared to be looking for a way to avoid an intervention US military.
The German Chancellor, Friedrich Merzstated this Tuesday: “I assume that we are now witnessing the last days and weeks of this regime. When a regime can only maintain power through violencethen this regime is effectively at its end“.
The British Foreign Minister, Yvette Cooperasked Iranian ambassadors to “answer for the horrible reports” of violence coming from the country.
Restrictions on the press make it difficult to determine what death toll. According to the Iran Human Rights Activists news agency, a group that has been rigorous in its coverage of previous riots, at least 2000 peopleof which 135 were among the military forces involved in containing the protests.
