Preparing sweet potato bread is not complicated. Just a few simple steps to prepare tasty and healthy baking that the whole family will lovea. Here’s what you need to use to make it:
- 300 g sweet potatoes,
- 80 g coconut oil,
- 240 g oat flour,
- 2 eggs,
- 50 g walnuts,
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda,
- 0.5 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 cinnamon,
- 20 g erythritol.
The first step is to peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into cubes and cook them until they are soft. This usually takes about 15-20 minutes. Drain them and crush them into a puree. Then chop the walnuts finely.
In a separate bowl mix eggs, coconut oil and erythritol. Combine this with the sweet potato puree and add salt, cinnamon, oat flour, baking soda and chopped nuts. Mix everything thoroughly and pour into a loaf tin lined with baking paper.
