Revolutionary Guard points to battle readiness and more missile stock

DUBAI, Jan 14 (Reuters) – Iran’s missile stockpile has increased since a 12-day war with Israel last year, Iranian Revolutionary Guard aerospace commander Majid Mousavi said on Wednesday, according to the country’s state media, following threats of intervention from US President Donald Trump. Trump, amid anti-government protests in Iran.

“We are at the peak of our readiness,” Mousavi told state media, adding that damage caused by a brief war with Israel and the US had been repaired and production in several areas by the Guard’s aerospace forces was higher than before June 2025.
