On the territory of the whole of Slovakia we still have to count on the ice. Meteorologists issued for all districts first level warnings. They are provisionally valid until Friday (January 16) at 12:00 p.m. The Slovak Hydrometeorological Institute (SHMÚ) reported about it on the website.
“The occurrence of ice is common at the given time of year and areas, but may cause minor damage,” warned meteorologists. According to them, the formation of ice can be potentially dangerous for human activities – transport, movement of people or infrastructure.
