Mayor of the capital of Ukraine does not hide the “acute moment”, with the cold setting in.

The president of the City Council of the capital of Ukraine addressed his fellow countrymen, after a meeting with all responsible departments and emergency services, this Wednesday.

In this “most acute” moment, the mayor hopes for everyone’s collaboration to have the most appropriate response to so many power outages – and consequent heating problems, in a very cold winter, as is usual in Kiev.
Today, around 400 Kiev homes remain unheated. In total, since last Thursday, thousands of houses were left in the dark and cold. Thursday was the day of a large-scale Russian attack on Kiev, with dozens of drones and missiles.
