Washington – A US district court has allowed Norwegian energy company Equinor to resume work on its Empire Wind wind farm project off New York. President Donald Trump’s administration halted the project along with four other projects last month. The government’s national security concerns do not outweigh the “irreparable harm” the project would suffer, Judge Carl Nichols explained his decision on Thursday.
