Operation Compliance Zero

. As part of the operation, the STF (Supreme Federal Court) authorized the seizure and blocking of assets and values ​​in excess of R$5.7 billion.

42 search and seizure warrants were executed in São Paulo, Bahia, Minas Gerais, Rio Grande do Sul and Rio de Janeiro, issued by the STF (Supreme Federal Court).

The PF searched addresses linked to Daniel Vorcaro, owner of Banco Master, and relatives. The banker was arrested during the first phase of the operation, in November last year.

The judicial measures were applied with the aim of interrupting the activities of the criminal organization, ensuring the recovery of assets and continuing the investigations of the first phase of the Operation, launched in November 2025.

The crimes of fraudulent management, criminal organization, market manipulation and money laundering are being investigated. The operation combats the issuance of false credit securities by financial institutions that are part of the SFN (National Financial System).
