To prepare the potato cake you will need: a standard cake tin, 25 cm long. This recipe will yield approximately 10 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 800 g floury potatoes;
  • 200 g of sauerkraut;
  • 150 g of smoked bacon;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour;
  • 1 tablespoon of marjoram;
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet pepper;
  • 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • sour cream for serving;
  • oil and breadcrumbs for a cake tin.

Preparation method:
