Maca Zábranská did not hide her disgust: A well-known chef served her THIS?!

On Sunday, January 18 at 8:30 p.m., Jednotka continues the new STVR original show História chútiwhich combines knowledge with taste experience. The session is accompanied by a pair of presenters Martina “Maca” Zábranská and Tibor Ferenčík.

In the times to which the second part takes the audience, Slovakia as we know it did not exist. It was Austria-Hungary. And somewhere up under the Tatras, far from civilization, was Liptov. The life of the people there was connected with nature, so they focused primarily on agriculture, crafts and shepherding.

How did people live here? What made them happy when they were troubled by poverty? And what else besides bryndza did they have on their plates? Maca and Tibor get to taste everything again and find out how self-sufficient households were able to be even though they were troubled by poverty, but also how migration to America changed their mindset.

Also in the next episode, an experienced chef will prepare Mace and Tibor’s period dishes from ingredients that were available to people at that time. And since there weren’t many of them at the time, everything was really processed. This time, Maca didn’t hide her disgust at the goose necks at all, despite the chef’s assurances that he would make them tasty.

Check out the demo how the moderators reacted to this ingredient and don’t miss the premiere of History of Tastes on Sunday at 6:05 p.m. on Jednotka.
