The minister of the (Supreme Federal Court) ordered the opening of an investigation to investigate the leak of tax data from at least two ministers of the court. According to the decision, the investigation will determine whether there was a breach of confidentiality at the Federal Revenue or at the (Financial Activities Control Council) of court members and family members.
Open ex officio —that is, without the provocation of investigative bodies—, the investigation will be carried out under secrecy.
