Woman dies inside
Inside, a 35-year-old woman died after the car she was in was hit by a tree in Taubaté. The victim suffered a cardiorespiratory arrest and was urgently taken to a hospital in the region, but he did not survive his injuries. A second occupant of the car was trapped in the wreckage, but was conscious and oriented.
With this case, the number of deaths resulting from the rains in the State of São Paulo since the beginning of December reached 10. The remaining victims were recorded in the capital of São Paulo and in the municipalities of Campos de Jordão, Guarulhos, Juquitiba, Bauru, Ilhabela and Franca.
