Ingredients:
- 4 tortillas,
- 150 g slices of smoked or boiled ham,
- 150 g slices of yellow cheese,
- red pepper,
- butter lettuce,
- 150 g of cream cheese.
How to do it:
1. Spread each tortilla evenly with a thin layer of cream cheese to prevent it from drying out.
2. Cut the red pepper into thin sticks, removing the seeds.
3. Place the following on each tortilla: lettuce leaves, slices of ham, and slices of yellow cheese. Place the pepper sticks in the middle and roll the whole thing tightly into a roll.
4. Cut the finished roll into 3-4 cm pieces and fasten them with toothpicks.
5. Serve the carnival snack immediately after preparation, on a decorative plate, preferably accompanied by fresh vegetables and garlic sauce.
