The State Audit Office (LRH) of Upper Austria is harshly criticizing the state’s cultural strategy. In the initiative review published on Thursday, he came to the conclusion that the instrument for effective control does not exist due to a lack of key figures for assessing target values. The main point of criticism is the entrepreneurial management of OÖ Landes-Kultur GmbH, which does not contain any specifications regarding visitor numbers, internal revenues or strategic priorities.
