Graz – In the case of a child in an operating room in Graz, the investigation against the Steiermärkische Krankenanstaltengesellschaft (Kages) has been discontinued. The Graz public prosecutor’s office had examined whether there could be complicity in the association’s responsibility. As the Crown newspaper reported on Friday, but the investigators were unable to demonstrate any breach of duty sufficient to warrant charges. This was confirmed by spokesman Christian Kroschl.
