The daughter († 20) called her father a few minutes before her death and begged him for help: Did her ex-partner († 22) kill her?!

A devastated Wyoming father recalled the moment his daughter called him desperately for help just minutes before, how her ex-boyfriend was supposed to murder her. Macey Dawn Bradshaw, 20, was fatally shot Dec. 16 after an argument with her ex-partner, according to her family. Her father, Justin Bradshaw, was on his way to work when his daughter called him in a panic, she reports.

Macey got scared after seeing James Hunter († 22), as he sneaks outside her apartment in Lyman. “She called at eleven and said: “Dad, he’s out there and I need you to scare him away.”,” mentions the father to the Cowboy State Daily. The devastated father immediately turned around and was at her apartment within four minutes, but before he could get inside, he heard gunshots. “I reached for the doorknob and that’s when I heard two shots right after each other. I even heard his body hit the ground,” he said.

Bradshaw said he found Macey and her ex-boyfriend lying on the ground with gunshot wounds to the head. “She was still perceptive, conscious and begging me for help. “Dad, I’m going to be sick. I’m going to throw up. I need to lie down.” Her face was in visible pain and agony, but she was still there with me, talking to me. I think she found some peace in the fact that I was there to help her,” he said.

Police officers from the Lyman department were called to the shooting and they found both in critical condition. The former couple later succumbed to their injuries. The victim’s family claims that it was Fr toxic relationship and their daughter was murdered in an extended suicide (murder and subsequent suicide of the perpetrator). The Bradshaw family says rescuers found duct tape and duct tape on Hunter. “I think James had worse intentions than just taking her life. But it all happened so quickly I was there minutes after he broke into the house that he didn’t have time to do anything else“, said the father.

Hunter was supposed to have mental problems. One of the victim’s girlfriends stated that her before another breakup, he donated a bizarre painting painted in blood. The father claims Hunter stalked her months before her death. “She called me in panic attacks because he kept texting her, bombarding her phone and constantly showing up near her. James simply couldn’t give her up,” he said.

Lyman police said in a Dec. 18 report that the investigation is ongoing and are not releasing details at this time. The Macey family has established a non-profit organization in her honor A New Dawn (New Dawn) to provide mental health assistance for young women.
