To cook it you need the following ingredients:

  • 8-9 pickled cucumbers
  • 5 potatoes

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 parsley
  • 2 onions
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 1.5 l of vegetable broth (can also be chicken broth)
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet pepper

  • 3 tablespoons of cream 18%
  • A bunch of fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation method:

  1. Cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes and the leeks into slices. Peel the carrots, parsley and potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
  2. Chop the onion and garlic, then fry in oil until translucent. Add the remaining vegetables and fry for a while. Pour the broth, add spices and cook until the vegetables are soft.
  3. Add pickled cucumbers. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, mix everything with a blender until smooth. Cook for a while over low heat. Add chopped dill and serve with a dollop of sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
