The company is yet another in the sector of construction companies and real estate developers to release its preview of operating results for the last few months of last year. This week, Tenda, Helbor, MRV&Co, Plano&Plano, Melnick, Pacaembu, Even, Lavvi, Direcional and Cyrela reported their numbers.

In general, companies more focused on the Minha Casa, Minha Vida housing program — such as Tenda, Plano&Plano and Direcional — had strong sales in the fourth quarter, while companies focused on medium and high standards had results without a common direction, with Cyrela experiencing a 33% drop in sales, Lavvi reporting a 17% drop, but Helbor recording growth.

In the case of Eztec, focused on medium and high standards, launch sales rose 19% compared to the third quarter and jumped more than three times compared to the fourth quarter of 2024, to R$429.7 million.

In 2025, Eztec had the highest sales volume in its history, with gross sales of R$2.2 billion and net sales of R$1.9 billion. The performance was mainly driven by launches, which totaled R$1.2 billion, an increase of 75.1% compared to 2024, the company stated in the report.

Cancellations recorded by the company in the fourth quarter totaled R$92.6 million, with the cancellation/gross sales ratio falling 0.2 percentage points compared to the same period in 2024.

Eztec ended 2025 with a total stock of R$2.9 billion in general sales value, of which 41% corresponds to ready-made projects, 28% to projects under construction and 31% to buildings in the launch phase, stated the company.
