  • 2-3 peaches (fresh or pickled)
  • ½ small package of skyr yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tablespoons of wheat flour (you can also use rice flour)
  • 3 tablespoons of sweetener, e.g. erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 4-5 drops of vanilla flavor
  • A pinch of nutmeg

Preparation method:

  1. Cut the peaches into thin slices and sprinkle them with nutmeg.
  2. In a bowl beat the egg with the sweetener and vanilla flavoruntil the mass becomes smooth. Add flour and baking powder and mix again.
  3. Line the form with baking paper and place the dough in it. Place peach slices on top and sprinkle them with lemon juice.
  4. Bake the cake for 30-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius.until lightly browned. After removing, leave to cool.
