Winter holidays 2026 last minute. Where to go?
Among our users, just like last year, Polish mountains remain the most frequently chosen holiday destination, accounting for almost half of the reservations. In second place are stays on the Baltic Sea, chosen by every third traveler. Then there are cities, towns and lake destinations, which together account for almost a fifth of bookings. The mountains attract with the stability of the season and good conditions for winter sports, the sea tempts with peace outside the summer peak, while cities compete with prices and interesting attractions

At the same time, it points to one clear trend: the so-called The booking window is getting longer.
Nowadays, we plan holidays in the mountains and at the seaside on average two months before our stay, but a year ago it was about 50 days. As travelers, we understand that this gives you both more choice and greater savings. This does not mean, however, that undecided people are at a loss. Last minute holiday offers in Poland are available and owners are waiting with open arms

1st round of winter break 2026 (January 19 – February 1)
Masovia, Pomerania, Podlasie, Świętokrzyskie, Warmia-Masuria
For the inhabitants of these regions, an attractive option in the mountains is, among others, Szklarska Poręba, where package prices start from PLN 489 per night1. In turn, in Karpacz it will be at least PLN 630, and in Świeradów-Zdrój – PLN 649. By the sea, it is worth paying attention to Kołobrzeg (from PLN 257), Mielno (from PLN 290) and Świnoujście (from PLN 319), where in winter you can count on a quieter atmosphere, while taking advantage of the extensive infrastructure offered by Baltic Sea hotels.
Cities are a cheaper alternative. For example, a stay in Łódź costs from PLN 320 and in Krakow from PLN 347. Among the offers on lakes, Żnin (from PLN 450) and Tleń (from PLN 464) in the province stand out. Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship.
2nd round of winter break 2026 (February 2 – 15)
Lower Silesia, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, Łódź Voivodeship, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Opole Voivodeship
During this period, it is worth looking towards the Beskids. Ustroń offers packages from PLN 450 per night, in Wisła they start from PLN 478, and in Szczyrk prices start from PLN 671. For people looking for a seaside atmosphere, interesting options will be Ustka (from PLN 336), Sopot (from PLN 320) and Gdańsk, where packages are available from PLN 199 per night.
In the case of urban destinations, a trip to Poznań will cost from PLN 408, while for a hotel room in Warsaw we will pay at least PLN 445. Among the quieter destinations with access to nature, it is also worth considering Olsztyn (from PLN 400) or Koprzywnica (from PLN 364).;
3rd round of winter break 2026 (February 16 – March 1)
Podkarpackie, Lubelskie, Greater Poland, Lubuskie, Silesia
In the second half of February, Małopolska and the Sudetes are attractive. The capital of the Polish Tatra Mountains, Zakopane, offers stay packages from PLN 479 per night. Accommodation in Polanica-Zdrój costs slightly less, at least PLN 435, and Krynica-Zdrój allows you to book a holiday from PLN 550. For those craving sea air, Ustronie Morskie will offer stays from PLN 269, Międzyzdroje from PLN 369, and Pobierowo – from PLN 423. Among the offers at the lakes, it is worth mentioning Mrągowo with prices starting from PLN 476 and Ostróda (from PLN 450). And if we dream of a city break in Wrocław, we can plan it from PLN 238. In Sandomierz, which a year ago was on the list of the most atmospheric towns in Poland according to Travelist Magazine, you will have to pay from PLN 370 for one night.
