Will Wesley return to Corinthians? Contract and salary at Al-Nassr

Wesley vai voltar para o Corinthians? Contrato e salário no Al-Nassr image

The atmosphere of nostalgia and hope took over the Corinthians fans in the last few hours. Wesley Gassova stirred up social media by publishing a video on his stories directly from Neo Química Arena.

What caught our attention, however, was not just the image of the stadium, but the chosen soundtrack: the music “Crazy to Come Back”by rapper Filipe Ret. The excerpt selected by the player was interpreted by many as an “enigmatic” request for a return, signaling that the attacker may be forcing Al-Nassr to leave to reunite with Fiel. But can he return? How is it at Al-Nassr? Sporting News shows.

Will Wesley return to Corinthians?

Even with the strong evidence on social media, Wesley’s legal link with the Saudi club is still the biggest obstacle. The contract is valid until June 2028 and Al-Nassr disbursed 20 million dollars (around R$110 million at the time) to remove it from Parque São Jorge.

The attacker receives approximately R$1.6 million per montha value that would require financial engineering from Corinthians to be fully maintained.

Wesley no Al-Nassr

Al-Nassr has a star-studded squad and the limit on foreign athletes in the Saudi league is strict. If the club decides to hire a new big name, Wesley becomes the main candidate to be loaned out and gain rotation.

The choice of music and the location of the post reinforce that, in case of returning to Brazil, the Corinthians is the number one destination. The athlete’s staff knows that he needs minutes on the field to enhance his passing, something he recently lost in Saudi.

For the business to exit, the most likely model would be a free or low-cost loan for one year, where Corinthians would take over the salaries. A definitive purchase is now out of the question due to the amounts involved. But so far, there is no negotiation for a possible return.
