Actor Jozef Vajda accepted an offer to appear in the new TV series JOJ called Osud. It was originally supposed to be called Liehovar, since the story takes place in a distillery and many of the dialogues will revolve around alcohol. talked to Vajda about his experience in fiery water.
The artist remembered how it looked to him “back then for the first time”. “Jesus Mary, it was at a young age. Of course we tried alcohol and I remember it was some kind of herbal wine. I was terribly sick and had a headache, but that’s what we got as boys and so we tried it.” he laughed at the memory of Vajda. Did he get a thumbs up from his parents for being a monkey? “Dad, as a doctor, said that I could seriously hurt myself. He tried to explain it to me, and then we didn’t talk about it that much.” a member of the Drama of the Slovak National Theater revealed.
It is also fate that Jozef’s role as the first man of an alcohol company met with a medium that has a general opinion for drinks in its title. “That’s right,” he laughed and added: “We don’t mix cocktails in this company of mine, but we make the ingredients so that cocktails can be made. You know what, I don’t drink cocktails much, I’ll admit it. When I drink something, it’s not the kind where there is hard alcohol. Hardly at all. And if I do, then only exceptionally. And if I have alcohol, then I’ll drink wine.” concluded the popular bon vivant, whom the audience will see as the head of the distillery from January 26 on JOJka screens. There are 42 episodes and fans will see them every Monday and Wednesday.
