Winter conditioner for dry and brittle hair
Honey acts as a natural humectant, attracting moisture, and yogurt, thanks to the protein content, rebuilds their structure, making them more flexible and less susceptible to breaking. To prepare it you need: 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt and 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix the ingredients in a bowl, apply to damp hair, leave for 20-30 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water and wash your hair with shampoo.
Strengthening conditioner against hair loss
Flaxseed contains omega-3 fatty acids that nourish hair follicles, preventing hair loss. Linseed jelly also works as a natural styler, emphasizing the curl and smoothing the hair. To prepare the mask, you need 2 tablespoons of linseed and 1 glass of water. Cook the linseed in water over low heat until a jelly forms. Strain the seeds and apply the resulting gel to your hair. Leave for 20-30 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water. Use regularly, every 4 days.
Rosemary hair growth lotion
Instead of buying a ready-made preparation, we can make it ourselves from natural ingredients. One of the easiest ways to accelerate hair growth is rosemary-ginger water. Rosemary is packed with antioxidants that strengthen your hair and prevent it from breaking. Therefore, it is recommended not only for hair growth, but also for the care of long strands. In addition, the ingredients contained in rosemary stimulate blood circulation in the scalp and strengthen the bulbs. They also have anti-inflammatory and antifungal properties, which help eliminate dandruff. Ginger also strengthens and regenerates the scalp. It is responsible for oxygenating hair follicles, thus inhibiting hair loss. To prepare a homemade rub, we need 4 slices of ginger, two sprigs of fresh rosemary (or 3 teaspoons of dried) and 0.5 l of boiling water. Pour water over rosemary and ginger and set aside to cool. Then strain it, pour it into a bottle with a diffuser and put it in the fridge. We store for a maximum of 7 days. We always use the lotion after washing our hair and gently massage it into the scalp.
