According to the actor, before taking part in the test that led to his release from confinement, he had already been sleeping poorly for weeks. “I can say with certainty that not one day did I sleep well. I slept poorly every day”, he said. Castelli explained that the nights were marked by constant awakenings, reaching the point of getting out of bed exhausted and spending the entire day without energy.

Henri stated that he lives in a permanent state of alert, which led him to resort to medication during the day and night to try to balance the functioning of his brain. The treatment, according to him, is still in the medical adjustment phase, with the gradual withdrawal of medications.

During the interview, the actor also commented on the need for profound changes in lifestyle. Close friends expressed concern about his habits, especially related to the intense pace of work and the way he dealt with food and rest. Castelli denied exaggerations attributed to him and highlighted that the main problem is emotional and professional overload.

“What I need to change are my work habits and my rhythm of life. I can no longer afford to take medication and be stressed at this level”, he said.

The report drew attention for its frankness and reignited the debate about mental health, insomnia and the impacts of continuous stress, especially among people who live under high professional pressure.
