Facing salad for parties It will become a real star of every table – it delights not only with its colorful appearance, but also with its taste that will appeal to all guests. The combination of delicate surimi crab sticks with crunchy canned corn makes each bite a unique experience.
The addition of boiled eggs gives the salad a creamy consistency, and the leek adds a slightly spicy accent. The whole thing is tied together by velvety mayonnaise, which highlights the taste of all the ingredients, and fresh parsley adds a note of freshness and makes the salad look beautiful.
- 250 g surimi crab sticks,
- 200 g of cannon corn,
- 4 eggs,
- 1 white part of leek,
- 2 stalks of celery,
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
- 1 handful of parsley,
- ½ teaspoon of salt,
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper.
Cut the leek into smaller pieces and place it in a strainer. Pour boiling water over it and then cold water. Cut the celery into very thin slices.
Hard-boil the eggs, strain, cool and peel. Cut them into small cubes.
Cut the crab sticks into cubes and drain the corn.
Mix all ingredients together gently in a salad bowl. Add mayonnaise and finely chopped parsley. Mix everything thoroughly and season with salt and pepper.
Place the party salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until the flavors combine. Before serving, sprinkle it with an additional spoon of chopped parsley.
Store leftovers in the fridge and use within 3 days.
