The president of the Brazilian Mining Institute (Ibram), died this Sunday (18) at the age of 73. He was admitted to the DF Star Hospital, in Brasília, and had been treated for pancreatic cancer for years. During the government of the former president was Minister of the Environment, Agrarian Development and Land Policies. During the management of the former Chief Executive commanded the Defense and Public Security portfolios.
