Minister of the Interior Lubomír Metnar was also present, who stated that of the six injured, three are civilians who are in hospital, and the other injured are three police officers. He added that their lives are not in danger and their injuries are rather light. He thanked the police for their deployment. “They did quality work on the spot, they prevented further tragic consequences,” the minister added, adding that it was an unprecedented breach of public order and security in the Czech Republic.
