The Catholic Day state holiday, officially celebrated on (20), was transferred to Thursday (22), as per the Judiciary calendar and based on State Laws No. 2,126/2009 and No. 3,137/2016. As a result, the regular activities of the Judiciary remain suspended on that date.

The state holiday of Evangelical Day, established by State Law No. 1,538/2004, remains on Friday (23), with no changes to the calendar.

According to the TJAC, procedural deadlines are automatically extended to the next business day. The list with the names of magistrates, magistrates, civil servants and civil servants who will work on duty can be consulted in the “Judicial Duty” tab on the Court’s official website.
