Employees reported to the Panel that Fundac sent a prior notice valid between January 6th and February 6th, 2026. However, the producer’s contract with Alesp ends on January 30th, generating apprehension among employees, who fear the possibility of having days not worked deducted from their salaries.
Furthermore, an employee said, with reservation, that the year-end recess days were deducted from the time bank, even with Alesp in legislative recess and not operating in the period between Christmas and New Year.
“Through the unions, we have requested information about the amount owed by Alesp to Fundac. We demand that the transfer to the outsourced company be conditional on the payment of all our labor rights”, claim the workers in the open letter, published by the Journalists Union.
When contacted, Fundac did not return the contacts made by the report.
