To prepare them you need:

  • 250 g mascarpone serka
  • 210 g coconut flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 ml of vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons of cream 30%
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • Optional: a dash of cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Preparation method:

  1. Place the mascarpone cheese, eggs and room temperature cream in a bowl. Add vanilla sugar, baking powder and cinnamon. Add coconut flour and everything mix thoroughly with a spoon or mixer at low speed. If the mass is too dry, add a little water.

  3. Set the temperature to 180 degrees C and bake for 8-9 minutes. Shake the basket of the device halfway through so that the donuts bake evenly.
