One of the main symbols of the victorious Guardiola era at Manchester City may be saying goodbye to the club. According to El Chiringuito, Bernardo Silva has decided to leave England and is already negotiating with Barcelona.
With his contract close to expiring, Bernardo Silva could now reinforce the team led by Hansi Flick in the mid-year transfer window. The Portuguese is an old dream for the Catalan team, which had already made advances for the player, without ever being able to reach an agreement.
At 31 years old, Bernardo Silva has been at Manchester City since 2017, when he was bought from Monaco for 50 million euros. On the blue side of Manchester, he won six Premier Leagues, a Champions League, four English League Cups, two FA Cups and a FIFA Club World Cup.
