Sofia (17) traveled with her partner Peter and dog from Bratislava to Malacie. However, the situation escalated in Plavecký Štvrtek, when a group of five people who had a problem with a dog boarded the train. I write about it
“I defended myself, saying that the guide shouldn’t have any problem. The dog has a muzzle. Well, then the elderly lady attacked me. She started cursing me very aggressively and vulgarly. Then two younger guys attacked me. One of them started filming me, after which I warned them, and that’s when I got the first blow to the head.” says attacked passenger Sofia.
Later, a fight broke out throughout the carriage. “I was then kicked in the back, in the stomach, in the head, there he pulled my hair, broke my nose, my nose was bleeding, and they even threatened to kill my dog.” adds Sofia.
Sofia’s boyfriend Peter ended up with a broken nose. The couple sought help from other passengers, but their efforts were in vain. The couple then decided to contact the police, but the signal went out during the trip. The teenager reacted promptly, filming the aggressors on her mobile phone. According to the findings, they were two minor boys.
A few days ago, the Bratislava regional police published a photo from the video on the social network and asked people for help in identifying the man. However, the post is no longer available. “Both persons have been identified and procedural actions are currently being carried out. In the case you mentioned, a criminal prosecution was initiated for the offense of disorderly conduct in conjunction with the offense of dangerous threats by the authorized police officer of the Railway Police Department of the KR PZ in Bratislava.” explains Silvia Šimková, spokeswoman for KR PZ.
