The 29-year-old from Vorarlberg beat the favorite Italian Elisabetta Cocciaretto with 7:5.2:6.6:4 and will now face the Russian Anna Kalinskaja. Another win means a duel with the Polish Wimbledon champion Iga Swiatek.
