Kabul – The extremist group Islamic State has claimed responsibility for a bomb attack in Kabul. Seven people died in an explosion at a Chinese restaurant on Monday. Police spokesman Khalid Zadran said the victims included a Chinese citizen and six Afghans. The detonation occurred at a hotel in the Shahr-e-Naw business district, which is considered one of the safest areas of the city and is home to many embassies.
