The minister of the (Supreme Federal Court) barred this Monday (19) six questions from (PL)’s defense for the medical examination to which the former president will be subjected.
According to the rapporteur of the coup plot, the questions “overflow the expert object, considering that they require a subjective analysis of the legislation, which is not subject to medical expertise.” The lawyers indicated more than 40 questions.
Vetoed questions address . “The patient [Bolsonaro] requires complex and continuous home health infrastructure (use of devices, frequent clinical control, nutritional support, fall prevention, immediate hospital access), which would only be viable in an appropriately structured out-of-hospital and home environment?”, asks one of them.
The inspection was determined by Moraes so that the minister can decide whether to keep the former president in Papudinha, as the Military Police unit that forms part of the Papuda Penitentiary Complex is known, or transfer him to a penitentiary hospital.
