The police have finished clarifying last year’s traffic accident, in which the head of SIS Pavol Gašpar was involved. This was confirmed by the spokesman of the Regional Directorate of the Police Force in Nitra, Tomáš Havetta.
Clarification of the offense was completed by submitting a report on the result of the offense clarification to the relevant administrative authority. “When he can decide in the subsequent proceedings on the guilt or innocence of the suspect of committing the offense and, if necessary, impose a sanction on him in the proceedings in question,” Havett stated.
The traffic accident happened on August 30 in Nitra on Dobšinského Street. A minor suffered minor injuries in a collision between two passenger cars. The police subjected two participants in the accident to a breath test for the presence of alcohol, in both cases the result was negative.
