António Leal e Silva used his Instagram account on the morning of Wednesday, January 21, to expose the unpleasant situation he experienced.
The TVI commentator explained that he placed an order online and that, when picking it up in store, he was surprised by the employee, who told him that the merchandise “disappeared”.
“Well, it happens. Accidents happen. And I: “So, where is it?” And she: “We don’t know, let’s give the money back”…”began by counting.
António Leal e Silva explained that he did not authorize the money to be returned to him, appearing perplexed by the situation and the way they tried to resolve the problem.
“They can’t disappear with the merchandise. Then the manager came, he understood, so he says they will try to resolve it. Well, I hope that Zara, as a big company and a company with responsible people, can detect where the merchandise is, otherwise things disappear and that’s theft. So, things are stolen and no one is responsible? But what country is this? And where are those responsible for Zara in this country? Everything is crazy”.
