In the case of electricity and natural gas, targeted energy assistance is not provided in the form of an energy voucher, but through a compensated price directly on the supplier’s invoice. The Energy Voucher refers to heat supplied through central heat supply, Energetika Slovensko, which unites ZSE and VSE customers, pointed out.

Energy assistance for electricity and gas will be taken into account in the new breakdown of advance payments and subsequently listed in the billing invoice. “Therefore, there is no need to visit our centers or contact customer lines and inquire about sending energy vouchers,” said company spokeswoman Katarína Šulíková.
Šulíková also added that for customers, the company has prepared a set of the most frequent questions and answers to energy assistance, which are regularly updated on the ZSE and VSE websites. At the same time, it recommends registration in the ZSE online account, respectively in the My VSE service, where customers have immediate access to information about payments, invoices, consumption and energy assistance.
