Musician and politician Dorota Nvotová has had difficult weeks behind her. At the beginning of the new year, she revealed that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer. After a mastectomy – the removal of the entire breast gland – she spent some time in the hospital and was finally allowed to go home a few days ago. Now she should rest and stress as little as possible, but daughter actress Anna Šišková a fake article circulating on social networks certainly did not add to the inner peace. „Extreme news! Šišková Dorota Nvotová collapses in the hospital corridor after hearing the medical assessment of her daughter’s postoperative condition: ‘The chance of success is very low.’,” reports a fake article from an unknown source. It did not escape Nvotova’s attention either.
The artist responded to it on her account. “I don’t know who is doing this and who is behind it, but it has been going on for a week and today they crossed all the lines. Nothing in this text is true. Not a single word. But it really doesn’t matter. It’s some kind of clickbait virus, maybe it should be reported or something. I really don’t have the energy for this,” wrote a horrified Nvotová.
New health reports
People have written thousands of supportive comments to the musician, and everyone is keeping their fingers crossed for her to win her battle with the cruel disease. Nvotová published new information about her health in mid-January.
„The results came that I don’t have it in the nodes. That is very good news. I am still waiting for the histology results to determine the treatment. And for genetic tests, which will determine whether the second breast will not go as well. The last weeks of tension… perhaps… but also weeks of hope. As long as it’s not bad, it’s still good. The presumption of innocence also applies to goats!” said Dorota Nvotová with her usual insight.
