With just a few days to go before the new Attorney General of Justice takes office, the Public Ministry of the State of Acre (MPAC) published, in the institution’s Electronic Gazette, this Wednesday (21), an ordinance that formalizes the dismissal of more than 200 commissioned employees, signaling the beginning of the administrative transition in the institution. The measure will come into effect on January 31, 2026.

Furthermore, the decision was signed by the current attorney general, Danilo Lovisaro do Nascimento, and is directly related to the end of the 2024–2026 biennium administration.
As traditionally occurs during these periods, positions of trust are vacated to allow the new manager to assemble his or her own team.
The ordinance makes it clear that pregnant employees or employees on maternity leave will not be dismissed, preserving the legal rights of these workers. The expectation is that, after the change in command, new appointments will be announced to make up the team for the next administration.
