The minister of , scheduled for next week, on the 26th and 27th of January, the testimonies of the case of . In the order, the minister “ordered the Judiciary Secretariat to adopt the necessary measures to reserve a room and make employees available to carry out the hearings on the indicated dates”. Toffoli also determines that “the police should be informed, forwarding the access link to the hearings for the purpose of notifying those who will be heard and their respective lawyers”.
In the order from the Federal Police (PF), the body presented the new dates for holding the hearings determined in the context of the investigations, the first being scheduled for January 26th and the last for January 27th. “The suggested dates allow the defenses to have access to the content of this investigation, in particular, the content of the statements collected on 12/30/202”, says the document.
